No, our dresses are typically not cheaper if you purchase directly from us through the website. Our dresses are sold in store by independent retailers and though we have set an MSRP, prices may vary slightly from store to store. Since our stores are independently owned there is no way to enforce a strict MSRP. When you purchase through a store you gain their expertise and knowledge of our brand!

We aim to be size inclusive so if you are having trouble finding the right size please note most styles can be ordered with custom measurements!

• Bari Jay dresses in Bella Chiffon, Mikado, Stretch Charmeuse, Stretch Crepe and Velvet: Available from sizes 0 to 26W. We also offer custom measurements if you are measuring larger than size 26W.
• Bari Jay Lux Stretch Dresses: Available in sizes XXS-4X. We also offer custom measurements if you are measuring larger than size 4X.
• In-Stock Jersey Infinity Dresses: Considered 'one size fits most' and come in size A(0-20) and B(16W & up). These dresses also have a longer standard length to accommodate most heights.
• All Dresses: (Except in-stock Infinity) Can be ordered with 5 inches extra length for those of a taller stature or who like to wear very high heels.
• Kids Dresses: Juniors in Bella Chiffon, Mikado, Stretch Charmeuse, Stretch Crepe and Velvet come in sizes 8JR-18JR. Junior Lux Stretch dresses come in size S-L. Flower girl dresses come in toddler sizes 12MO-4T and children's sizes 5-14.
• Select Maternity Styles: Available in sizes 2M-20M and are all empire silhouettes to leave room for a growing belly!

We strongly recommend that all measurements are taken by a professional seamstress, or an authorized Bari Jay retailer to ensure that your measurements are taken correctly.

If your measurements fall in between 2 sizes, we always recommend ordering the larger size. Please view our measuring guide for more tips!

Lead time is the time it takes from ordering until the order ships from our US warehouse. Once shipped from our warehouse, delivery typically takes less than 7 business days for any location in the continental US. All lead times and shipping dates are approximate.

• Made to Order Dresses (except in-stock Infinity Dresses) lead time is  10-12 weeks from ordering unless you add a 6-8 week rush or a 4-5 week super rush.
• Jersey Infinity dresses and Swatches are in stock and ship from our US warehouse within 1-3 days of placing your order.

We ship all dresses via UPS. In the continental US we offer most UPS options including but not limited to Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air delivery. For International orders, please check the UPS website for shipping options.

Swatch orders ship via USPS. We offer Ground Advantage and Priority shipping options to the US and Parcel Select Ground for Canada. Please check shipping options at check out if you are International.

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

We ship to all countries via UPS. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer to be paid to the carrier while in route. We do not accept returns on international orders. Shipping on International orders may take slightly longer to fulfill than US orders. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

All major credit cards, as shown at checkout as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay & Shop Pay. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Every dress is made to order, therefore there are no straight exchanges. Returns are only accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Dresses must be in their original, unused and unwashed condition and must have all hang tags still attached. There is a 20% restocking fee and we do not refund the original shipping costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please email info@barijay.com with your order number and reason for return to start the return process. Please note if the garment does not meet the above criteria, we will ship the garment back to you and you will not be issued a refund. We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive to us. Orders can only be cancelled prior to 4PM EST on the day you place the order. After that time orders cannot be cancelled. All dresses are made to order so the fulfillment process starts shortly after submitting the order to ensure you receive your dress as quickly as possible.

• Swatches: We keep swatches in stock so they ship via USPS within 1-3 days of placing your order. Please visit our Swatch Shop to see shipping options.

Therefore, the actual color of the garment may not exactly match the color seen on your device. The best way to see our colors is in person by buying a swatch from our Swatch Shop!

We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to New York state.
